Manager Sales and Marketing

Agewell Foundation is a not for profit Social Organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of the elderly. We are seeking a SALES & Marketing Manager to help us achieve our mission by developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to increase awareness about our programs and services. The task is to generate sustainable revenue resources.

Responsibilities

To develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Agewell Foundation’s mission and program’s.
Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential donation leads through marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Donor’s, Sponsor’s and Community partners.
Conceptualize and execute sales Campaigns to drive revenue and increase donations.
Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as and when required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals.
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers and social media content.
Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Strong sales and marketing background ( Even retired people are welcome)
Experience with Google Ads and Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Passion for elderly welfare and nonprofit work.
Previous experience in the non profit sector is preferred.
Strong creative, analytical and communication skills.
Must be resident of Delhi NCR region.
