Production Supervisor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control and improve on OEE (Operation Efficiency & Effectiveness), meeting management goals.
- Jointly take accountability with production engineering on yield, quality, DL training and SC on delivery performance.
- Take accountability on inventories, scrap, BTP and production plan accuracy.
- Effective and efficient deployment of human resources on production lines, taking consideration for subsequent quarters based on forecast requirements in preparation for both upside and downside scenario.
- Work closely with planner to ensure effective planning to meet delivery schedule yet able to maximize resources at minimum overtime cost, ensuring employees has sufficient rest, meeting all statutory requirements.
- Work closely with engineering to improve productivity and quality through continuous improvement after NPI programs are mass release.
- Support engineering team on NPI and risk run by upfront coordination of production resources.
- Assigns and directs implementation of tasks and processes systematically ensuring desired objectives are met.
DESIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a cleanroom environment preferred
- Performance oriented and able to lead a team towards achieving production target
