We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses at our fine Turkish cuisine restaurant. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your exceptional service and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Present menus to guests, explain menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring proper presentation and garnishing.
Provide attentive and personalized service to address guests’ inquiries, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, including tables, chairs, and dining areas.
Collaborate with other team members, such as kitchen staff and hosts/hostesses, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and electronic transactions with professionalism and integrity.
Assist with setting up tables, arranging decorations, and preparing the dining area for service.
Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Strong attention to detail to accurately record orders and serve food and beverages with precision.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and familiarity with menu items is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the restaurant’s schedule.
A positive and friendly demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
