Job Description
- Order, receive and check the shipments of goods and materials from local suppliers and inspect goods/materials received for defects or damages ensuring delivery of requested quantity, and report any discrepancy/damage or short receipt to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor.
- Specific for Multimedia: Inspect goods received looking for defects or damages ensure delivery of requested quantity and report any discrepancy to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor.
- Ensure that goods/materials are properly stored in the warehouse in compliance with stock management standards and/or any updated rules set by the Warehouse Manager.
- Specific for Multimedia: Locate and issue stored items upon receipt of requisition to guarantee that the correct items are promptly supplied to meet operational needs.
- Perform regular stock check-ups under the direction of the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in order to ensure that inventory records match physical items stored in the warehouse/storage yards.
- Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and minor maintenance of lifting and stacking equipment to minimize any unplanned operational interruptions and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Ensure all operating, safety, environment, and quality procedures are followed in order to ensure the highest standards of warehousing operations are achieved.
Qualifications
- High School graduate.
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office.
- Attention to details: level 2.
