Warehouse Supervisor
Francis Busuttil & Sons (Marketing) Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis

Francis Busuttil & Sons (Marketing) Ltd is one of Malta’s leading importers and distributors of world-renowned brands of food products, ice creams, chocolates, snacks, beverages and pet food. We represent several big brands within the local market, brands such as Mars, Kellogg’s, Foster Clark’s, Barilla, Glenfiddich, as well as Misura, to name a few.
Job Role:
We are looking for a smart individual to join our Warehousing Department. The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the Warehouse Manager. Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily warehouse operation, which includes, amongst other duties:
- Oversee warehouse receiving incoming goods
- Plan and ensure efficient space utilisation of the warehouse
- Ensure standards of health, safety and hygiene are maintained
- Liaise with the shipping department for planning incoming goods
- Assign tasks appropriately within the warehouse to increase efficiency and supervise accordingly
- Ensure that warehouse stocks are up-to-date and carry out necessary stock counts.
Requirements for the position:
- O-level Standards of Education
- 1-year experience in the FMCG industry
- Clean Police Conduct
- Experience in leading a team
- Ability to read and write in Maltese and English
- Minimum of Driving Licence B
- Be computer literate
- Be organised and self-motivated.
