Students Admission Officer
Position overview:
– Part-time or Full-time
– Hours range from Monday to Friday 11 am to 7 pm and/or Saturdays 9 am to 4 pm.

Qualifications & experience:
– Undergraduate degree or diploma in sales, business or marketing
– G class driver’s licence and access to vehicle is preferred
– At least 2-3 years of sales, consultative sales or admissions experience
– At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and social media marketing
– Experience working in the admissions or student recruitment role at a college or school
Job responsibilities:
-Lead generation and conversion
-Telephone and e-mail follow up with leads provided by the school
-Meeting monthly and annual sales targets
-Using and managing the CRM system to track and manage leads and inquiries
-Booking and co-ordinating school tours for prospective students
-Interviewing and counselling prospective students
-Enrolling students, maintaining student files and records
-Give presentations to prospective students at various events
-Attend job fairs, make visits to Newcomer centres, Employment agencies, etc to recruit students
-Initiate and manage the full sales cycle from beginning to end
-Work on lead generation and follow-up on existing leads provided by school
-Organize student orientations and assist with marketing/social media as required
-Other tasks or assignments as assigned by the Director
The hired candidate will also be eligible for extended health benefits (dental, vision, etc) after a probation period. Other benefits include tuition voucher for select short courses.
