Eligibility

Fresher – Candidates who have completed their graduation
Under graduates – Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling industry.
Part time – Experienced, excellent communication skills & 5 hours shift window starting from 11 PM

Desired Skills

Communication skills: Pre-sales candidates must possess excellent verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and convey project information in a clear and concise manner.
Technical expertise: A solid understanding of the project or service being offered is essential for pre-sales candidates. They should be able to demonstrate their knowledge and answer technical questions from potential customers.
Analytical thinking: Pre-sales candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Attending in-bound and making out-bound calls to prospective clients
Providing new and on-going project information along with details as requested by clients for e.g. location, size, configuration, amenities, price etc.
Schedule clients for site visit to experience the project location and other facilities.
Ensure follow-up with prospective clients via SMS, Calls.
