Revenue Operations Data Management Intern

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Sprout Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Data Management Interns to join our dynamic team. As a Data Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as OutPlay and HubSpot. Your primary responsibility is to assist in data entry and data cleanup tasks, helping us maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

TASKS:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry into our CRM systems, including but not limited to OutPlay and HubSpot.
• Assist in data cleanup and organization to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Verify and correct data errors, duplicates, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Rev Ops team to update and maintain the CRM databases.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies or incomplete information.
• Adhere to data entry standards and procedures to maintain data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience in data entry or data management is a bonus but not mandatory.
