Job Description
- Experience OR Fresher’s with Basic Computer Technical knowledge
- Candidate must own their own laptop/desktop and an active sim card to apply.
- Min Qualification 10+2 / Any Graduate
- A free 10 days training & 3 days OJT will be provided
- Daily working duration will be of 8 Hours
- A rotational week off during weekdays
- Minimum productive login hours required during a week to qualify for incentive.
- For Full Time – 36 Hours
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills verbal and non-verbal (English & Hindi)
- Active listening skills
- Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
- Typing skills
- Handful knowledge of MS Office and other Basics of the computer.
Job Role:
- Addressing the queries and capturing the interaction
- Understands the requirement and does the pre-reservation
- Follow up with customers & manage the database of leads allocation
- Display Ownership and accountability
- Quickly build trust and confidence with the customer
- Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
- Salary: ₹10,400.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
