Job Description

  •  Experience OR Fresher’s with Basic Computer Technical knowledge
  • Candidate must own their own laptop/desktop and an active sim card to apply.
  • Min Qualification 10+2 / Any Graduate
  • A free 10 days training & 3 days OJT will be provided
  • Daily working duration will be of 8 Hours
  • A rotational week off during weekdays
  • Minimum productive login hours required during a week to qualify for incentive.
  • For Full Time – 36 Hours

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and non-verbal (English & Hindi)
  • Active listening skills
  • Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
  • Typing skills
  • Handful knowledge of MS Office and other Basics of the computer.

Job Role:

  • Addressing the queries and capturing the interaction
  • Understands the requirement and does the pre-reservation
  • Follow up with customers & manage the database of leads allocation
  • Display Ownership and accountability
  • Quickly build trust and confidence with the customer
  • Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
  • Salary: ₹10,400.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
