Our company is looking for a Retention Specialist based in Dubai to join our team to be working during the night shift (12:00-08:00). The candidate must be based in UAE. Your duties will include but are not limited to being responsible for the retention of clients of the company and collaborating with senior executives and management to deliver results.

You will:

• Deliver Service and Support to clients through Live Chat, email, and phone, providing support by identifying problems and offering solutions – as needed.
• Contact clients with defined time frames who are trying but failing to fund their accounts via one of our offered methods. Supporting them with completing this process and offering/suggesting alternatives.
• Collect feedback from clients in relation to products, services, and payment methods and pass on a detailed email to management to review and implement as necessary.
• Ensure client records are kept up to date and all communication and guidance provided to clients are recorded.
• Contact clients for any pending matters related to their accounts.
• Responsible for the onboarding of our clients from various countries through both inbuilt and 3rd party software ensuring we remain compliant with our processes and procedures.
• In addition to onboarding, you will also be responsible for reviewing manual payments to ensure our clients are constantly able to fund their accounts via various channels.
• Anything else that the head of the department deems necessary.

We are looking for:

• Ability to work exclusively night shifts between 12 am and 8 am.
• The ability to think both logically and also non-conventionally when assessing clients.
• Ability to interact at all levels of our business and especially up to and including the Head of the Department.
• An interest in and/or an understanding of the fintech industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in UAE.
