Process Engineer Jobs in Germany

At our location in Itzehoe, we are looking for a number of Process Engineers (m/f/d) in the fields MES & SPC, Metrology, Plasma Etch and Wafer Level Packaging.

Your tasks:

• Technological and technical support of manufacturing processes in the fields Electroplating, Lithography, MES & SPC, Metallization, Metrology, Plasma Etch and Wet Chemistry
• Development and optimization of processes
• Determination of equipment and process key figures
• Monitoring and maintenance of technological process and validation steps
• Support of technological transfers to customers and other X-FAB sites
• Technical support and qualification of our operators
• Collaboration with other teams to secure manufacturing and to increase manufacturing efficiency

• You hold a degree in the field of natural sciences, engineering or material sicience
• You have ideally experience in MEMS or semiconductor technology
• You are familiar with statistical tools like DOW, SPC or MSA
• You have preferably experience with data processing and data management
• You are self-reliant and a pragmatic problem-solver
• You have strong communication skills, high commitment and the ability to work effectively in a team
• You are fluent in English and German
