Executive Assistant General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and competent Executive Assistant to support the General Manager City Sustainability and Strategy.
The Division is responsible for a number of programs in relation to protecting, enhancing and developing the City’s physical, economic and social environment. The Division consists of the following programs: Statutory Planning, Strategic Planning, Building, Urban Design, Open Space Planning, Economic Development, Strategic Transport and Sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to positively and effectively represent the office of the General Manager City Sustainability and Strategy
- Competence in stakeholder management
- Demonstrated knowledge and aptitude in corporate systems and administration
- Excellent customer service ability
- Demonstrated project management experience in a high pressure environment
- Enthusiasm, motivation, confidentiality and maturity
- Highly developed organisation skills in dealing with people at executive and senior level
- Strong communication skills with the drive to manage key priorities seeking support as required
