Position: Visa Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on visa requirements, processes, and documentation for various countries
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations of different countries
- Communicate and liaise with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any visa-related issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client cases
Qualifications:
- Must have UAE residence visa
- Female candidate only
- Freshers can also apply
- Strong knowledge of visa processes, documentation, and immigration policies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written [mandatory]
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English (additional languages will be a plus)
